Before we dive into the rich history of the world’s baddest annual conference, what sparked the idea in the first place?

In 2017, Grant had already established himself a coveted speaker, author, and entrepreneur. With “The 10X Rule” book dominating charts as a New York Times bestseller, it was time to take the 10X movement to new heights.

But how?

Well, one particular person motivated Grant to turn “10X” into a massive event…

A-list actor, comedian, investor, and business beast Kevin Hart — who would actually join Grant on stage in 2020 for a show-stopping interview.

In Grant’s words, “This man [Kevin Hart] is responsible for us doing a 10X Growth Conference. […] He inspired me to put on my own tour and not just be a speaker at them.”

One person leads to one idea and one initial massive action step. And the rest is history… in the making.

From day one, the 10X Growth Conference encompassed Grant’s concept of “Dominate, don’t compete.” As such, the event has only continued to one-up itself year after year.

The first ever 10X Growth Conference took place in fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada, in 2017. 

More importantly, it proved you don’t need experience to do something right.

With only three months to prepare, everyone in the 10X team pulled together for an explosive debut.

As a result, it was a smash hit that changed the standard of entrepreneurial conferences from there on out. 

Among the 24 business experts who addressed the flagship event were: 

• Daymond John, entrepreneur, fashion mogul, mentor, and “Shark Tank” TV personality
• Gloria Mayfield Banks, author, mentor, international speaker, and #1 Income Earner in Mary Kay
• Tim Storey, author, speaker, and celebrity life coach to A-listers like Oprah Winfrey, Kanye West, and Brad Pitt

• Russell Brunson, author, marketing expert, and co-founder of the ClickFunnels software company

Before the superstar speakers and selling out sports arenas of later editions, the 10X Growth Conference had to establish its staying power. 

So, in 2018, GC brought guests to the stage who had the choice to back down and contract… or risk it all and expand. Needless to say, these forward thinkers chose the latter. 

Jordan Zimmerman described how dreaming bigger and working around the clock fueled his multi-billion-dollar advertising empire.

E-commerce expert Ezra Firestone illustrated how he had to adapt to the changing online marketplace by doing what no one else would. 

Afterwards, radio personality and activist Kerri Kasem shared how through persistence she won an “unwinnable” lawsuit — in multiple states.

While the second Growth Con was highly motivational for attendees, the following year would be one for the history books…

The third annual 10X Growth Conference was massive. 

In fact, the conference was so big that it had to move to the Marlins Stadium in Miami, Florida, and hosted 35,000 in attendance. 

Yet the overwhelming size didn’t keep the event from impacting each 10X-er on a personal level. 

First, Grant knew he had to open the event with a bang. So, he skydived into the stadium and landed on stage — parachute and all.

Then, the games began.

“Sales is a contact sport,” Grant told the audience about “just making the call” without hesitation. Then, he proceeded to guide the entire arena in making a live sales call to a prospect. 

The guest speakers maintained the theme of interaction and participation as well. Social media influencer Tai Lopez pulled up websites belonging to members of the crowd for analysis.

Creator of SPANX, Sara Blakely, was transparent in how many times she failed before she invented her iconic shapewear — including her awkward stint on reality television as a contestant on “The Rebel Billionaire.”

However, another major guest speaker was extremely comfortable on TV. Entertainer Steve Harvey spoke on the importance of always having 10X dreams. 

A stadium packed with 10X-ers made Growth Con 2019 more than memorable. But attendees would soon return to a familiar place, in an environment defined by luxury, wealth, and success…

You guessed it! The next year, 10X Growth Conference 2020 took attendees back to The Strip in Las Vegas, Nevada. 

Participants from over 30 countries filled the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. 

To open the ceremony, Grant’s daughters and wife participated in a spectacular fire dance. More specifically, Elena, Sabrina, and Scarlett Cardone lit up the stage with an elaborate choreography, star-studded costumes, and props with actual flames. 

The impressive performance compelled the audience to break into a resounding applause. And all before the guest speakers even stepped on stage…

In 2020, 10X Growth Conference featured some of its most dynamic star power up to that point.

After his appearance on “Undercover Billionaire”, Grant had unique insights to share at 10X Growth Conference 2021. 

As the pandemic was still fresh on everyone’s minds, the conference had to take place in a more intimate setting. 

As such, the event’s virtual capabilities were more relevant than ever. 

10X-ers all around the world watched the livestream to absorb all the event had to offer. 

Attendees heard how Bethenny Frankel founded her SkinnyGirl brand, then had a legal clause named after her. 

Mike Rowe recounted how he went from a career in opera to “Dirty Jobs” fame.

The first day of 10X Growth Conference 2022 began with a bang.
