At approximately 10:15 AM PST, Grant Cardone took the Mandalay Bay stage to welcome the audience and kick off the conference.

Immediately, she was overcome with emotion at the amount of support from the crowd and her keynote topic — the importance of the family unit to society.
Elena elaborated on her personal experience with limiting beliefs hindering her happiness.

Despite being only 11 years old, this was not Scarlett Cardone‘s first time speaking to thousands at the 10X Growth Conference. She conveyed how it helped her grow up and develop her confidence.
“Thank you to all of you who have built me,” Scarlett said on Day 1 of 10X Growth Con 2023.
Additionally, she said that she believes in real-life magic. Not like fairy tales, but the kind you create by putting the best version of yourself into the world.

When Cathie Wood got involved in the investing space 40 years ago, there were few women in the industry — let alone super-successful ones.
Although it looks like she takes risks on the surface, Wood’s decisions are based on calculated foresight.

Graham’s keynote focused on knowing who you are at your core and not letting your circumstances — or anyone else — define who you are.
Stedman’s powerful speech ended with Cardone Ventures’ Brandon Dawson thanking him for coming before speaking on the importance of scaling your business.

Through his multiple fireside conversations with Grant, we have learned all about Dana White’s come-up story. On Day 1 of 10X Growth Con 2023, GC wanted to ask the UFC President how he chooses his business ventures.
“I buy something that I’m interested in and that I’d like to work on every day,” White frankly answered.
The interview felt intimate, like watching two friends catch up, which emanated a warm feeling through the audience.
