What are the daily start and stop times of the event?
The event will run from 9:00AM until 5:00PM.

Is food provided each day?
Food will be available for purchase during the breaks.
Lunch will be provided if you are a Diamond, or Premier ticket holder.

I have specific dietary restrictions, can I bring my own food?
If you have special dietary requirements, you will be able to bring your food into the events center. Please bring your doctor’s note/documentation stating your dietary restrictions to present to security.

What do I need to bring to get into the business conference?
Please bring a Photo ID and your ticket to gain access to the conference.

​Is there handicap seating?
Yes. Handicap seating is available upon request. Please call into our office at (310) 777-0255 and one of our customer service representatives will assist you. Wheelchair accessible seating is widespread throughout the arena. Guests requiring these seats are guaranteed to have unobstructed views of the event and may purchase adjacent companion seating, subject to availability. In addition, restrooms and parking facilities are all in compliance with ADA standards.

Is it general seating or assigned seating?
For this business conference, there will be assigned seating. You will keep the same seat for all conference days.

Can I sit next to my friend/associate?
Yes! If you would like to sit next to someone you know, please login into your ticket portal to select your specific seats. If you have any questions, please call into our office at (310) 777-0255 and our events team will be happy to assist you, or send an email to events@grantcardone.com.

Will we be able to meet Grant?
If you are a Diamond ticket holder, you will have access to a lunch with Grant Cardone and the Speakers each day.

What if I lose my ticket/badge?
If you lose your ticket or badge during the conference, please use your mobile ticket to gain access to the event.
Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost physical badges, but your mobile ticket will still get you in!

How many tickets do I get if I purchase a suite?
We have fourteen (14) suites available during the conference. If you would like to purchase a suite, please visit our website at https://10xgrowthcon.com/suites, send an email to events@grantcardone.com or call into our office at (310) 777-0255 and one of our sales representatives will assist you.

Do you offer price protection if a better deal is offered?
We offer a price guarantee on all of our tickets so that you are ensured the best deal when you buy.

What is the ticket refund policy?
All tickets are non-refundable, no exceptions. However, all tickets are 100% Guarantee RISK-FREE. If for any reason you are unable to attend, you will get a 100% credit at our store or you may use it for a future event. All tickets are transferable.

Do you offer a payment plan for tickets?
Yes! We want to ensure that this opportunity is open to everyone who wants real results in their business, relationships, and life.

Is there transportation from the airport to the hotels?
We do not provide any transportation from the airport to the hotel. We recommend using a taxi service, Uber, or Lyft.

Which hotels do you recommend?

Is there parking onsite?
Yes! Mandalay Bay Events Center parking is ample in the direct area surrounding the venue. Guests using taxis or other ride-share services will be directed to the designated drop-off/pick-up location outside the arena.

How do I get to the arena from the Front Desk?
From the front desk, begin walking through the casino floor towards Citizens Kitchen + Bar. Walk past KUMI and towards Stripsteak. Follow the walkway around past Starbucks and take the first right down the long hallway towards the Mandalay Bay Events Center Entrance.

How do I get to the arena from the Parking Garage?
From the parking garage, walk straight past LIGHT nightclub. Turn to the right at Lupo and walk past Citizens Kitchen + Bar, and past KUMI and towards Stripsteak. Follow the walkway around past Starbucks and take the first right down the long hallway towards the Mandalay Bay Events Center Entrance.

What is the bag policy?
No bags will be permitted into the venue except for small purses (8″ x 4″ x 8″ max). Backpacks of any size are not allowed.

Can I check my bag?
No bag check-in services are available for guests. Guests attempting to enter the arena with prohibited items will be turned away and asked to return the items to their hotel rooms and/or vehicles.

Can I bring my own food inside?
No Outside Food, Beverage or Alcohol is permitted into the arena.

Is it allowed to record the event?
Recording or live streaming of the event is strictly prohibited, although pictures are welcome. If you would like to see previous events’ recordings, they are for purchase.
