​What are the daily start and stop times of the event?
Friday and Saturday the event will run from 9:00AM until 5:00PM.
Sunday the event will run from 9:00AM until 3:00PM.

What is the 10xGrowth Conference?
The 10x Growth conference is a business conference for entrepreneurs, business leaders and anyone that wants to 10x their life and reaches all their goals. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to learn from the best entrepreneurs in the world.

How many people will be at the convention?
This year will be an exclusive VIP Experience event! Nearly 2,000 VIPs, Premiers and Diamond ticket holders will be in attendance, in-person, at this business conference.

What is the dress code for the business conference?
The dress code is business casual.

Will we be able to meet Grant?
If you are a Diamond ticket holder, you will have a meet and greet access during the Diamonds Only “Top Secret Off-Site Party”.

What days and how long will Grant Cardone be speaking?
The event agenda is still in the works, but Grant will be speaking multiple times throughout the duration of the event.

Are there any age limitations?
Yes, to book a hotel room or to attend the after parties, you must be 21+.

Can I take my kid(s) to the conference?
We do not recommend this event for children under 10 and they will not be granted admission. Any minors 10-17 must be accompanied by their Parent or legal Guardian and must have a ticket purchased in their name. Minors will not be admitted without ticket and must be accompanied by an adult while in the event facility and are not permitted to roam free. Any child admitted to the Event must not engage in any behavior that disrupts other attendees.

Can minors attend the networking parties?
No, these special networking events are held in venues where you must be 21+ to enter.

Is food provided each day?
Coffee and refreshments will be provided throughout each day of the event. Food will be available for purchase within the venue during the breaks.
Lunch will be provided each day for all VIP, Premier and Diamond ticket holders.

I have specific dietary restrictions, can I bring my own food?
If you have special dietary requirements, you will be able to bring your food into the venue. Please bring your doctor’s note/documentation stating your dietary restrictions to present to security.

What is the bag policy?
No bags will be permitted into the venue except for small purses (8″ x 4″ x 8″ max). Backpacks of any size are not allowed.

Can I check my bag?
No bag check-in services are available for guests. Guests attempting to enter the arena with prohibited items will be turned away and asked to return the items to their hotel rooms and/or vehicles.

Can I bring my own food inside?
No Outside Food, Beverage or Alcohol is permitted into the arena.

Is it allowed to record the event?
Recording or live streaming of the event is strictly prohibited, although pictures are welcome. If you would like to see previous events’ recordings, they are for purchase.

How early should I arrive the first day to get registered?

Please bring a Photo ID and your mobile ticket to gain access to the conference.

Can I bring a Plus 1 to the Ancillary Events?
No, only valid Ticket holders will have access to any 10XGrowthCon related events.

​Is there handicap seating?
Yes. Handicap seating is available upon request. Please call into our office at (310) 777-0255 and one of our customer service representatives will assist you. Wheelchair accessible seating is widespread throughout the arena. Guests requiring these seats are guaranteed to have unobstructed views of the event and may purchase adjacent companion seating, subject to availability. In addition, restrooms and parking facilities are all in compliance with ADA standards.

Is it general seating or assigned seating?
This business conference will be open seating (first come first served). VIP, Premier and Diamond tickets will be assigned its own seating section.

Will we be able to meet Grant?
If you are a Diamond ticket holder, you will have meet and greet access with Grant Cardone during the Top Secret Off-Site Party.

Will we be able to meet the Speakers?
If you are a Diamond ticket holder, you will have meet and greet access with participating Speakers during the after parties on Friday and Saturday.

What if I lose my ticket/badge?
If you lose your ticket or badge during the conference, please use your mobile ticket to gain access to the event.

Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost physical badges, but your mobile ticket will still get you in!

What do you get with the Executive, Premier and Diamond Tickets?
Each level of ticket brings greater access to all the event festivities.

Can I upgrade my tickets?
Yes! If you would like to upgrade your ticket(s), please email us at events@grantcardone.com or call into our office at (310) 777-0255 and one of our customer service representatives will assist you.

Is there a discount available if I buy multiple tickets?
Yes, if you are looking into purchasing 10+ tickets, please call into our office at (310) 777-0255 and one of our customer service representatives will assist you.

What is the ticket refund policy?
All tickets are non-refundable, no exceptions. However, all tickets are 100% Guarantee RISK-FREE. If for any reason you are unable to attend the Event, you will get a 100% credit at our store or you may use it for a future event as long as you inform us in writing at least 15 days before the Event. You may send your written request to events@grantcardone.com. Any credit for your ticket does not include any hotel or processing fees. If you received a free ticket as part of a package or as a gift with purchase, it is not transferable and not redeemable for store credit. If you received merchandise as part of your ticket purchase, you will be required to send back the merchandise in order to receive your credit. If you do not attend the event and request a credit AFTER the date of the event, you will be denied store credit. All requests for store credit or event transfer must be in writing and occur 15 days prior to the date of the event.

Do you offer a payment plan for tickets?

Is there transportation from the airport to the hotels?
We do not provide any transportation from the airport to the hotel. We recommend using a taxi service, Uber, or Lyft.

Which hotels do you recommend?

Is there parking onsite?
Yes! The Turnberry parking is ample in the direct area surrounding the conference ballroom. Guests using taxis or other ride-share services will be directed to the designated drop-off/pick-up location outside the venue.
